At checkout, select “Text only” or “Email & text” as your notification preference and provide a valid mobile phone number. By opting in, you consent to receive order and pickup text messages from Fall Fruit Orders at the number you provided.

Up to approximately 3 messages per order: a receipt confirmation, a notice if your order changes, and one pickup reminder about 24 hours before pickup. You may also receive occasional manual replies if you contact us with a question.

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message and data charges your mobile carrier may bill for receiving these texts. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

Phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. They are used only to deliver the order and pickup messages you requested and to respond to messages you send us.

Reply STOP (or STOPALL) to any text message from us to unsubscribe. Once we receive your opt-out, we will stop sending further text messages to that number. You may also contact us to have your number removed.

Reply HELP to any text message from us for support information, or contact us with any questions about your order or pickup.

Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier’s participation and network availability. Fall Fruit Orders is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, carrier errors, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
